Hard copies available at Shell rock City Hall and Benny Gambaiani Public Library. $15.00 Session Fee per person for all activities, additional fees may apply for certain classes. (Make checks payable to the City of Shell Rock)

Thursday, August 21, 2008 to Friday, November 30, 2008
Online registration open for classes-print forms, complete and drop off at City Hall before August 19, 2008. Mailed forms need to be received prior to August 29, 2008.

Please print form, complete and mail with payment, if applicable,

to Shell Rock City Hall or you may put it in City Hall's drop box.
